Smokey Pig Taco - tortilla (flour or corn) with smoked, pulled pork, cilantro-lime slaw, pickled onions, vinegar sauce and a drizzle of savory BBQ sauce.

Chicken Gyro Taco - tortilla (flour or corn) with smoked marinated Greek chicken, lemon-garlic yogurt sauce, diced tomato, and shredded lettuce.

Banh Mi Taco - tortilla (flour or corn) with marinated chicken served with bean sprouts, cucumber, pickled carrot, sliced jalapeno, cilantro, and a sriracha mayo.

Reuben Taco - tortilla (flour is recommended) with smoked pastrami, shredded swiss, housemade russian dressing and sauerkraut. 

Burnt Ends Taco - tortilla (flour or corn) with smoked chuck burnt ends, Billow slaw, smoked salsa, and avocado crema.
